It is important that our clients maintain their independence and have their personal safety assured by our experienced and caring staff.
As a new client to our service you will be consulted as to your individual goals and preferences, and you can be assured that any cultural or religious requirements will be taken into consideration to ensure the service meets your needs.
All personal information collected during the course of our service arrangement is privately and confidentially stored, and under the Freedom of Information Act you have a right to access your information if required.
Complaints & Feedback
We welcome any feedback regarding your services including complaints which our management team take very seriously. You can rest assured that any complaints will be attended to as a high priority and appropriate steps taken to resolve your issues in a timely manner. You may submit complaints by phone, email or post – please attention to the Domestic Services Manager.
